Yuval is a physical therapist, educator, and strength and conditioning specialist. He received his undergraduate degree from UCLA followed by getting his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro University, where he graduated with multiple distinctions and honors.
Throughout his formal education, he learned that not all medicine is the best medicine, and with that in mind, channeled his passion to land in prestigious clinical affiliations to learn from the best. During those experiences Yuval got to work with diverse diagnosis and clientele, ranging from professional athletes, weekend warriors, and to those who suffer from chronic pain.
During that time, he noticed that in order to truly help someone and find the right answers, first and foremost, it is critical to understand the client’s story and ask the right questions. That means, the history, fears, concerns, passions, interests, and goals. What this truly means, is that each person is unique, and assessments and treatments need to reflect that. The days of just assessing and treating where it hurts are in the past, as high-quality care involves delving deeper and assessing the whole body. 20-minute sessions with cookie cutter treatment, being passed off to aides, ice packs and e-stim unfortunately just does not cut it.
Since, Yuval continued his pursuit to help his clients by taking diverse continuing education courses to evolve his practice to meet the needs of his clients.
As an evidenced-based clinician, Yuval provides a blend of manual therapy and movement-based approach to help guide and educate each and every person in their own unique journey of recovery. Yuval is fully committed to the journey of each and every person he works with.
